Coach Selection Process

The Coach Selection Committee:

  • President, both VP’s, 2 directors at large, secretary to attend
  • the division co-ordinator from each division will be in attendance for their respective division only.


Application submission deadlines

Single Season (18U AAA & 15U AAA) applications needs to be submitted by November 1st of the year before the single season starting – purpose is to have a coach in place for winter training. The exception to this is 15U AA single season, applications can be accepted up to January 15th.

Spring Season application to coach need to be submitted by March 15th, for 13U AA no coaches will be named until completion of the evaluation process.

Summer Season application to coach need to be submitted by May 31st, for 13U AAA the application to coach needs to be submitted by May 1st (the reason is so this coach can begin assessing players).

Email coach applications directly to the VP in charge of your division – 1st VP 18U, 15U & 13U – 2nd VP 11U, 9U & 7U

All coaches prior to the season will be required to attend mandatory coaches meeting to review your upcoming season.
